The need for motivation . . .

It seems motivation is considered to be highly overrated by people these days. Most think of motivation as the feeling or desire to want to do something. This makes it tough to maintain motivation if you have to force yourself to do something that you would rather not do, are not innately passionate about, or do not find desirable. There are many who are not passionate about working out but need to for physical and mental health reasons. By the same token, there are others who do not desire to eat healthy but, again, need to in order to feel better and minimize potential injuries, or likely medical conditions.
